Answer to Brakeman's Trivia from 11-11-11

Answer to Friday, Nov 11th, “Brakeman’s Trivia Blog”:

 Legionnaires' disease acquired its name in July 1976 when an outbreak of pneumonia occurred among people attending a convention of the American Legion at the Bellevue-Stratford Hotel in Philadelphia.

My personal story:
I was in Philadelphia on that hot summer day in 1976. The Legionnaire’s were having their parade on the streets of Philadelphia and I was stuck in traffic waiting for the parade to pass. Little did I know of what was to come?
